Moobelo Return & Refund Policy

 Moobelo offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.


1. Return Eligibility

 Accepted Returns:

  • Item must be in original condition:

    • E-bike mileage ≤10 km (odometer reading).

    • Unused, undamaged, with original packaging and all accessories (charger, keys, tools, etc.).

    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) required.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Customer-damaged items

  • Customized products (e.g., special paint/parts)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Separately purchased accessories (fenders, helmets, locks, etc.)


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Support:

    • Email contact@moobelo.com with:

      • Order number

      • Reason for return

      • Photos of item condition (if applicable)

  2. Approval & Label:

    • If approved, a prepaid return label (free for US/CA customers) will be emailed within 1-3 business days.

    • Note: Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

  3. Ship Item Back:

    • Must ship within 5 business days of label receipt.


3. Refund Policy

⏱️ Processing Time:

  • Inspection completed within 5 business days of warehouse receipt.

  • Refund issued to original payment method within 1-2 business days after approval.

 Important Notes:

  • For self-arranged returns, provide tracking number and delivery proof.

  • No refund if returned item doesn’t match order.

    • Partial deductions may apply if item condition differs from description (determined by Moobelo).


4. Defective Items

🔧 48-Hour Priority Service:

  • Report defects within 48 hours of delivery (photos/video required).

  • We cover return shipping and expedite replacements.
